I, blackpulse (hereinafter referred to as “I”, “me”, “my shop”, or “we”) operates this online store at https://shop.blackpulse.studio.
I am an individual seller (not a registered company) shipping primarily within France and the European Union. This page explains my shipping process and returns policy in compliance with EU consumer law (including the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive).
1. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping methods: Orders are sent by me via La Poste, using either Green Letters for shipping within France, or International Letters for worldwide shipping.
- Shipping destinations: Worldwide (France, EU countries, non-EU Countries). Tracking may vary depending on the country for international letters, see below.
- Processing time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery times (indicative):
- France: 3 business days
- EU: 4–5 business days
- Non-EU: min. 7 business days, up to several weeks.
- Delays may occur due to postal services, holidays, or force majeure.
- Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination, and weight and/or quantity.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided by email for tracked shipments (Tracked Green Letter or Tracked International Letter)*
- Risk of loss: Risk passes to you upon handover to the carrier. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, contact me immediately with proof (photos, tracking info) so I can assist with a claim if possible.
*Tracking will be full or partial depending on the destination:
Countries with full tracking up to delivery: (end-to-end tracking, including scanning upon distribution): Albania, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Korea, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, United States, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mali, Malta, Morocco, Mexico, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, United Kingdom, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Thailand, Togo, Turkey. This list may not be exact. For the most up-to-date list and details, check directly on laposte.fr.
For all other destinations, tracking is partial (stops at the border): La Poste handles the shipment up to the French border. Beyond that point, the items are taken over and become the responsibility of the local postal operator in the destination country, which determines whether a delivery scan occurs. This applies to tracked letter services (Lettre Suivie Internationale).
2. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you, not the carrier) receive the goods.
- Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- You must return the goods at your own cost and risk.
- To exercise this right, inform me of your decision by email at studio.blackpulse@gmail.com, the return address will be provided in response to your withdrawal email.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return shipment), using the same payment method.
- You are liable for any diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods and no refund will be issued if the item is damaged or marked (e.g., creased, written on).
Exceptions:
- No right of withdrawal for personalized items.
- No right of withdrawal for sealed goods unsealed after delivery (hygiene/health reasons).
- No right of withdrawal for digital content (if started with your consent).
- No right of withdrawal for products not returned in perfect condition and unused.
- No right of withdrawal for products not returned in their original packaging.
3. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
In addition to the 14-day right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. If the product is defective or non-conforming (e.g., does not match the description, damaged on arrival due to poor packaging, printing error, etc.), report it to me as soon as possible with photos.
I will either offer replacement or refund your order. Refunds for faulty/non-conforming items include the product price and original shipping costs.
